Shipping policy

Most in-stock orders ship in 1-2 business days. Some items, such as modified items, may take longer to ship. Please contact us before ordering if you have any concerns regarding the time frame in which it will take to receive your order.

Modified or custom products normally take 5-7 days to complete before shipment. In some cases, this window may be extended due to back-ordered or unavailable parts, material shortages, increased sales volume, natural disasters, shipping delays, holidays or other unforeseen setbacks. Please note that if you are sending your lights to us to be built, this time frame begins once we receive your items.

Knockout Kustomz is not liable for any back-orders, delays or issues that cause your order to be sent outside the 5-7 day window.
