Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Custom made and modified items such as, but not limited to, painted parts and modified lighting assemblies are NOT RETURNABLE. All sales on customized parts are FINAL. Please see their respective warranty policies for defects and issues.

To be eligible for a return, your item must fall within our return-eligibility requirements, must be in their brand new condition and must be in their original packaging. All return-eligible items are subject to a 25% restocking fee.

To start a return, contact us at sales@knockoutkustomz.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. You, the customer, are responsible for return shipping charges. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable customized lighting products, painted products and any other product that is modified in any way from their original state.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
If you find yourself short on time or in a rush, the quickest way to attain the needed item is to order the correct item and then return your original item. Using this method will allow you to quickly receive the part instead of waiting for the original item to reach us before the new part is sent out.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.

 

Knockout Kustomz, LLC is not responsible in any way for items lost in transit or damaged by the shipping carrier. While we will do everything we can to assist you in resolving any possible issue, it is the customer's responsibility to purchase a shipping method that includes insurance. The respective carrier is solely liable for damages in transit.
